Recommend this Hotel. Stayed for 2 nights with no complaints. Had one or 2 problems that were well taken care of and very happy with the outcome. Hotel staff was great, some of the best we have come across in recent years.

Staff greeted us immediately were very friendly and attentive and very helpful thru out our staff. Breakfast in the morning was good and much better than most other hotels. Excellent location to Broadway and to the Vanderbilt University area, lots of great restaurants in close walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient shuttle to the downtown area. Great location but …. The rooms desperately need updating to justify the cost per night. Great location but the carpet in the room was disgusting and the shades on lamps, drapes and decor looked at least 10 years old.
