Every time I call the adjuster in charge of my claim I get no answer unless I literally call 4 times in a row, I seriously have to reconsider my insurance company.

It's not ok for service. All in all, took almost 1 day for me to solve my case through their officers as well as calling to directly main line. First you don't talk to my mom For about Weeks! Agent mentioned i would get umbrella policy along with auto policy. After i paid money for auto policy, they said the system doesn't allow me for umbrella policy. They did not refund my money yet, and charged my credit card. I will follow-up for refund. They were not able to give correct information, more over refund has not come even after 3days.

As a result, I spend hour in the middle of the desert without being helped. After they realized that I did have a policy with them they took hour to assist me with a truck towing.
