They give me liability but never give me roadside. And I had to pay for my tows and they kept on saying you never asked for it and I was under impression that it is automatic that if I am on the road they gotta give me the roadside.

Out of all the big auto insurance providers, these guys are the worst at paying out claims. They are a super low budget insurer that focuses all their resources on cultivating a funny and relaxed culture via ads.

In reality, they are completely useless when you actually need to use your insurance. I went in here to renew my sailboat insurance policy and they cancelled my policy because I have a Ca I. You drive that on the bay not the road.

After being a loyal customer for 3, going on 4 years geico did not help me when I got into my first hit and run. Each claim i previously had with geico was finished in a week max when it came to other cars hitting me.

Every time I call the adjuster in charge of my claim I get no answer unless I literally call 4 times in a row, I seriously have to reconsider my insurance company.

It's not ok for service. All in all, took almost 1 day for me to solve my case through their officers as well as calling to directly main line. First you don't talk to my mom For about Weeks! Agent mentioned i would get umbrella policy along with auto policy. After i paid money for auto policy, they said the system doesn't allow me for umbrella policy. They did not refund my money yet, and charged my credit card. I will follow-up for refund. They were not able to give correct information, more over refund has not come even after 3days.

The worst insurance company ever. They lied to me and they said my insurance would be the same for the next 6 months and at the end they doubled my policy. If the service turns out to be bad I will let you know.

In multipo times, I have request road assistance and the proses of being assist takes about an hour by phone plus the four hour wait time for the towing truck to arrived. At one time I had to call multiple times to speak with a different representatives because I kept been told that I had no insurance. As a result, I spend hour in the middle of the desert without being helped. After they realized that I did have a policy with them they took hour to assist me with a truck towing.
