Reviews of Hotels in Wilder. Had previously reserved 2 nights, but had to cancel one night due to unavoidable conflicts. Called the front desk staff, who said he would make an entry into the house log, and the situation would be resolved.

Upon my arrival, I was informed that I had NO reservation for the 2nd night, and I was considered a "no show", which meant I lost several hundred dollars. The desk staff Taylor who deserves a medal , helped get the situation resolved, along with the manager the next morning. The hotel was well appointed, save for the elevator, which smelled like old cigarettes and cigars.

The carpeting in there needs replaced. The room queen suite at a great price was great. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. I gave a 4 Taylor deserves a 5 , due to the awful elevator. Everything else was great. Great bed! I've worked in hotels for over 17 years. I've stayed at all types of lodging all over the country and in at least 50 Holiday Inn Expresses.

This property is immaculate. Maybe it was just my room, but even the public spaces were pristine. I asked the front desk agent how long they've been opened because it showed very little wear and she informed me it's been about 2 years.

No scuff marks or dings or even chipped pant anywhere. Kuddos to your General Manager and Housekeeping staff for an excellent job done. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me when looking for a hotel and you've done a fabulous job. The next time I travel to Cincinnati, I know exactly where I'll lay my head down.
