Will continue my custom here. My hairdresser at Vivus held the scissors the correct way round and caused me no serious injury.

They will be honest if something is going to be a working progress and wont tell you something is achievable if it isnt. Lucy and Lou do my hair but when looking around the salon everyone is more than qualified and really care about how their clients are going to leave the salon. I went in to get a full head of highlights was asked to see a picture so I showed them a picture of what I have done before from my regular hair dresser, after the stylist having a discussion with her boss she informed me it was not possible to lift my hair to the colour I chose even though my regular hair dresser had lifted it.

I just feel they did not want to do my hair and were not bothered. I also feel they were racist as I am Asian and have dark hair. Would never recommend this place to anyone disgusted by the behaviour and attitude!
