Staff were very busy but made the effort to be present. Would recommend. From the beginning to end it was perfect. The venue, ambience, food, service no complaints. We came here for a brunch - and thank goodness we booked in advance! The place was very busy and there was hardly a free table. We ordered some omelettes, a shakshuka and a Turkish breakfast; each dish was cooked so well and we were left feeling full all day. It was the cherry on top of our visit and we would recommend Fait Maison for a nice afternoon out.

Absolutely stunning.. I visited Fait maison after a recommendation and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The food was amazing fresh and served fast for a large group 12 I was really surprised that we all got our food on time presented immaculately and tasted divine. Service was shockingly bad!

Fait Maison is one of my favourite places to eat. The food is delicious and beautifully presented and they provide you with generous portion sizes. The restaurant itself looks stunning with its very pretty decor and gorgeous displays. The staff are always very friendly and the service is efficient. I look forward to coming here again :. The waiters seemed a bit confused and not always helpful, the place itself is very chic so we would have expected better service level.

Food was a good portion but ok in terms of flavour. The service was quite good but they took far too long when it came for payment.

Service was very poor. We had to wait 25 mins before asking for someone to take our order. Waiting over 30 mins for them to clear our table after finishing our meal. I have been to this restaurant 3 times. My first two experiences were very good. This was very disappointing. The food was good. But very poor service. And then after we have ordered, when we wanted to order drinks nobody was here. Also NOT birthday friendly!! We wanted to order dessert but the waiter put the bill on the table and nobody asked us at any time if we needed something else.

Have eaten here before but this was first time for breakfast and again was not disappointed- great choice, food was fab, fresh and looked amazing and such good value. Could not recommend more. I'd booked a table, there is very nice declaration. We were never served, after been seen to our table, we were never waited on, we waited and after two other dinning parts both sat and were served we decided to leave, around 30 min we waited.

However, the service was terribly slow. It was so hard to get a waiter to take your order though. Overall experience was fine just disappointed with request to table at time of booking.
