We value your feedback. I enjoyed the time I worked their on contract. They offer a lot benefits and the building is beautiful. The work can be stressful but you always have someone to assist you. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Always feel like you should be somewhere other than wheee you are.
Severely micromanaged, constant comparison to other sales reps, mentally draining and overwork. Pros Good people. Cons Stressful. Inbound sales is at better than what I do. I was very excited at first but now I'm just tired. It's a great company for others in sure but look befor you leap. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate it! Jobs at ADP. Production Specialist-G Summer Internship - Application Development. Over worked, under appreciated.
The first year was amazing, our team had great management and team leads, shortly into my second year it started to go downhill. New management came in, old management were either let go, transitioned into another role or they left ADP on their own. I believe in hard work, you help customers as quickly and efficiently as possible, but management now has formed a clique to promote the lazy workers for which they have had an abundant amount of complaints from ADP customers.
Once someone puts you into a specific category over you advocating for a customer, it's very difficult to get out of that category. Management makes it very clear who their favorites are by lack of assistance to those who are not. If you do not brown nose, you will bullied to the point of crying in your private time. You can bust your rear for this company to basically be told you're worthless.
Although you try to march on, after being belittled so many times, it's hard to be the best at your job. ADP was amazing during the pandemic, allowing associates to work remotely during the height of everything. They gave a nice non taxed bonus, which was so helpful sing overtime was cut out completely. They have a judgement free work environment if you live an alternative lifestyle. The Town Hall meetings are always encouraging, the CEO, VP and most up upper management are great, it's the basic hands on management that is terrible and should be closely - more Cons Over worked, cliques, favoritism.
Thank you for the insights and assessment of ADP. We will share your insights with our leadership team, so we can better improve our process. Mandatory changes to schedules made. Signed on when businesses hours were 8am to pm.
Agreed to mandatory overtime during year end for a total of 4 weeks. Then things changed. Business hours are now 8am to pm, instead of filing those house with new hires they forced us to fill in the gap. Year end overtime went from 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
The company laid off a large portion of the seasoned staff, then was unable to fill those positions due to low starting wages. Pros None. Cons Late evenings, mandatory overtime, no time off from December thru the middle of February. Low wages, difficult to move up in company unless you work in one of the main hubs. Great place to work if you get in the right dept but it is hard to move up and you are stuck in the same department usually for a long time.
If you have a bad manager, it can make your daily work life awful. The work life balance is also incredibly difficult. Pros But company and good benefits. It's about being authentic.
It's about being open to diversity and different perspectives. I get to wake up every day and do exactly what I love doing, just really spending time with people, understanding people. It's about tending to other people and tending to yourself. Looking for a career in technology? We welcome big-thinking people… …who can amplify wisdom, accelerate progress, and embrace change.
Life ADP. Sales, Client Service, Implementation, Technology and more. All as equally amazing. North, south, east and west. This is what ADP looks like. Meet the future - Augusta, GA Interns Habitat for Humanity - Cleveland, Ohio. ADP is doing many things to make the environment safe for our associates' return to the office. What are the associates' responsibilities to keep themselves and others safe when they return to the office?
Complete associate training on safety protocols before reporting to the office for the first time. Wash hands frequently, or use hand sanitizer when hand washing is not possible.
Wear personal protective equipment PPE , such as masks, in the building when not in your personal workspace. Well, I think first of all, I really love my team. It is like a family to me. It's made up of really diverse professionals from a variety of fields, experts in their field, led by what I consider an exemplary manager who I've never had one quite to this quality.
So it's a wonderful environment. And as the only social scientist, frankly, I'm sort of the emotional side of it because they're all kind of rational. I like that mixture. I like that place. So I come to work every day looking forward to seeing my co-workers.
And I think having a team that you feel really good about and that you respect and respects you is what it's all about. That says a lot. And it really does come down to that at the end of the day. Did you enjoy your day and did you feel like you got good work done.
So what I really love is I think of ADP as working at the intersection of three things I'm very passionate about, which are technology, innovation, and talent. And I really believe that there is so much untapped opportunity for us as a company. We have such a compelling value proposition that is truly unmatched and superior. But we have yet to tell our story. And so that is the mission that we are embarking upon.
And both Martha and Linda are part of that brand reinvention work that I talked about earlier. It's really about how do we tell a new story about ADP that has never been told before. We have permission. Our clients, the market, our own associates want to hear that story.
And so that is what we're crafting together to be unveiled very shortly. United States and Canada Key Accountabi Noramtec Consultants Americas Inc. IN - Indianapolis Contractor.
