After calling and speaking with the manager "Junior", I got a preconceived notion that the place was shady to begin with but I trusted my Firestone and took my car anyways. Steve and Jeff took care of me, and both were easy to talk to, and explained everything to me as I had quite a few questions. Service was spot on. People were friendly and professional. They have definitely earned my business and my respect. After trying two other shops, AES solved my dead battery cause!! It was expensive but so were the parts. However, they did a minor repair that I was unaware of and didn't even charge for it.
